IN ANY CASE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KD SOLUTIONS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your User Content.
